I know most of our coaching services, nutrition advice, and materials are specified to female athletes but from time to time we get a male athlete with similar concerns and needs. This 6-day Meal Plan is a great way to get started as an active male teen to see what a week of fueling great looks like and how to make some easy recipes that will help you fuel for years to come

Trust that this meal plan was made by a registered dietitian and is nutritionally balanced in energy, macronutrients, and vitamins and minerals.
