This is ideal for 1 person however all recipes can be modified to suit the portioned needed in your household.

Each recipe includes notes about ingredient substitutions or modifications.

All recipes are for 1 person to be eaten over the course of 5 days however portions can be adjusted to make the meals for more people. Please note that the addition of ingredients may increase prep and cook time slightly. 


This 5-day menu is ideal for active individuals, to include runners! You will feel energized to keep up with your busy schedule all week long!


* Every grocery store has varying prices. However I've purchased all the ingredients for this 5-day meal prep multiple times at varying stores and the total price is always around $3 per meal, or $4 on average if you include the cost of the snacks. And remember, this total price is for buying all the raw ingredients and does not include the fact that you do not use everything. Example, you will have to purchase almond butter even though you will only use 1/4 cup for this meal prep.
